January 9-11, 2012, the Idaho-E. Oregon Onion Committee and the California Raisin Board together with Foodservice Director Magazine were happy to work with the award winning chefs of the University of Massachusetts on the "Chef Assist" program. Led by Head UMass Bakeshop Chef Simon Stevenson and award-winning French pastry Chef, Dominique Homo, the Onion-Raisin creations produced from the event are sure to be a hit on the UMass-Amherst campus!
